Undiscovered treasure Trogir. Since recently, Trogir was undiscovered treasure skipped by the most travellers coming to Croatia, just passing by this Mediterranean jewel, on their way to Split, Dalmatian islands or all way on south to Dubrovnik. In the past few years things have changed and Trogir became a newborn touristic star that gets really crowded during the summer season.

The whole ancient town of Trogir is a fascinating historical museum with significant number of churches, palaces and fortification, recently named the most beautiful town-island in the world by National Geographic.

If you plan to fly, The Split Airport is located just above Trogir. If planning to travel by car or by bus you can expect a very comfortable journey on A1 motorway called Dalmatina – almost directly to Trogir.
